Contribute to open source projects

As an institution, it is hard to contribute to open source projects, not only because it can be an intricate process but because it doesn’t generate direct revenue.

Projects of interest can be just way too large for single institutions to fund. As a member of our association, you become part of an alliance dedicated to unite efforts and resources towards a common mission which is to nurture and support the growth of Moodle, and thus you will be contributing and supporting open source in a meaningful way.

quotes icon"The University of the South Pacific has been using Moodle since 2006 to support a wide variety of learning and teaching opportunities in fourteen small island states across the South West Pacific region. We are also a proud member of the Moodle Users Association which has helped us contribute to a growing community of practitioners to make this great open source software even better, and more beneficial for all of us."
